At BMERS, we take pride in offering high-quality automotive products tailored to BMW enthusiasts. Due to the specialized nature of our products, we maintain the following return and refund policy:

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted within 5 business days after the order is received, and only if the item is defective.

  • To request a return, customers must contact our support team within that 5-business-day window.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

  • BMERS reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.

Refunds

  • We do not offer monetary refunds.

  • If a return is approved due to a confirmed defect, the customer will receive store credit or a product exchange, subject to availability.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for discounted, customized, or clearance items.
