Returns

Returns are only accepted within 5 business days after the order is received, and only if the item is defective.

To request a return, customers must contact our support team within that 5-business-day window.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

BMERS reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.
Refunds

If a return is approved due to a confirmed defect, the customer will receive store credit or a product exchange, subject to availability.
